Our Story

Blue Line Public Adjusting was founded for the purpose of defending Colorado policyholders and their claims.  With over 14yrs of experience as an adjuster with one of Colorado’s major insurance carriers, it became evident insurance carriers have a large tendency to under value claims and not pay what they owe.  Whether it’s due to a lack of training, inexperienced adjusters, or a business plan to pay out as little as possible,  it just isn’t right to under pay the value of a home or business owner’s claim when, as a home or business owner, you are doing your part by paying your premiums each to your carrier each month.  This is where we come in to defend you and ensure you are fully indemnified for the loss(es) you have suffered and help get you back to your life prior to the loss as quickly as possible.

With more than 30 years of combined experience in the architecture, construction, and insurance industries, We work to protect the value of your claim and hold the insurance carriers accountable to pay what they owe by taking an offensive approach with providing the necessary documentation needed to support your claim.  Having adjusted claims for both the insurer and the policyholder, we have a unique understanding of the claims process.  We work for and with you, and strive to bring you peace of mind so you can move forward with getting back to your life as quickly as possible.

It is our mindset that no claim is too small. We have found that many public adjusters will not take on small claims as they deem that it is not worth their time.  There may be times when we encounter claims where we may not be able to help, however, if we see an avenue to help, we will do everything we can to provide an optimal outcome.  We believe that licensed Public Adjusters should assist every policyholder who has a claim that has become complicated.

Every claim does not need a public adjuster, and we will try to help guide the policyholder regarding claims that do not necessarily require our services. There are times when the claim process becomes blurry due to miscommunication, and a Public Adjuster can quickly offer correction before the claim becomes too contentious or burdensome.

We use the industry-standard in claims writing software, Xactware, allowing us to compare apples to apples on differences and streamlining communication.  We strive to build a reputation in the marketplace of expertise and reasonableness facilitating results.
